Easy, Yummy Sweet Potatoes

My family loves the nutritional power packed sweet potatoes. We cook them in a variety of ways. I recently cooked them in a wedge or fry like form. I tossed them in EVOO, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and freshly chopped sage. I roasted them on a baking dish until slightly browned. they were amazing!!
