Got Beef?

I will eat beef. I enjoy it. I just have never cooked it a terrible amount. Cost? Finding good quality beef? We are ok not eating it? For some combination of the above I have never focused on cooking beef.

Then, we got 1/8 of a grass-fed cow. I have had to learn to cook beef.

Here are some winners:

-Ground beef: hamburgers, peanut-soy chard and beef wraps

-Ribeye with Gorgonzola and onions. I got the recipe on Pioneer Woman, and it was amazing!! I just used gorgonzola instead of blue cheese just because that is what I had

-Roast in the crock pot with 2 cups of apple cider. Topped with roasted apples, parsnips, and carrots that had been tossed in EVOO, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cooked for 6-8 hours.
